1) Drone footage sells your listing.

When Rob Maxwell wanted to sell a house he had listed in central Phoenix, he arranged for a drone videographer to shoot aerial video to attract attention and give his listing a wow factor. Rob is a young realtor with American Realty Brokers, in Phoenix Arizona. He was representing a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in central Phoenix at a really good price. But here is the problem, in Phoenix, there hundreds of young realtors representing a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in central Phoenix at a really good price. 2) Social media

Social media clips can be used to educate your potential buyers and sellers to terms, methods, and or special features or benefits your Real Estate Office brings to the table. It can also show off your business relationships, products, and co-workers.

I don’t know about you, but all the terms that get thrown around by realtors can confuse the heck out of a potential buyer. The reason buyers go to a Professional Realtor is to help us understand what these specialized terms mean. I have no idea why you have closing costs. Educating your client instills a level of trust and a feeling like you are in the club with your realtor.

How Video Can Help You Build Relationships and Trust With Your Customers

3) Meet your realtor.

Many realty sites include a picture of their realtors. But this isn’t the kind of relationship where swipe right will do.  There is a special and intimate bond, that forms between client and realtor.  Your realtor sometimes knows more about you than your mother.  A client needs to be able to build trust between themselves and the realtor. After all,  this is the person, who will guide their client through one of the most important and expensive decisions of their lives, buying a house.  A video introduction can start this most important relationship off on the right foot by creating a deep and emotional bond.  ( Janice)

My mother died some years back, and I ended up with an extra house. Generally a valuable asset, but it was at the beginning of the real estate bubble explosion in 2008. Keeping a house from falling apart for years while waiting for the market to come back is an expensive process. My realtor, Janice DeLong of the DeLong Group in Scottsdale, held my hand while skillfully navigating between my mother’s death, and selling a house in a dead market for top dollar. Your relationship with your realtor is a very special and intimate. Janice got to know everything about me from my preference of not making phone calls to my financial state. Like a spouse, you have to find the right fit or disaster is just around the corner.

4) Run Videos at your open house on an iPad or TV screen if there is one.

Open houses are still the way of the world. Some realtors bake cookies to help potential buyers make a decision about buying a house. But, by adding a video to an iPad or TV  at the listing, could increase the chance of a sale by 144%. Why? Humans are naturally drawn to a video’s movement, and it’s ability to create strong emotional connections. Using an aerial drone video, a what’s up in the neighborhood, a profile of who you are, or even other properties in the area you represent, could make closing the sale a lot easier.

Video on a landing page can increase conversions by 80% or more.

5) See the neighborhood. Every real estate person knows it’s location, location, and location that sells your house.

What makes a house a home? It’s not just the people who live in it, but the neighborhood it’s located in. A neighborhood video can give a prospective client a strong idea about everything from the dry cleaners, to the closest emergency room, and what the school in the area is like.  Knowledge like this makes it easy for the prospective buyer to see how they could fit into their new community.

Using Video on your website, social media, and marketing can make the world of difference in a Real Estate Offices listings and completed sales.
